Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  •    Refunds for recharge transactions are generally only applicable under specific circumstances, such as:
           The service was not provided after the recharge (e.g., balance was not credited).
           The recharge failed, but the amount was deducted from your payment method.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
           User error (e.g., selecting the wrong recharge plan or incorrect mobile number).
           Transactions that have been successfully processed, and the service delivered as per your request.
           Once the recharge has been completed, the funds are non-refundable unless there is a technical issue.

2. Timeframe for Refund Requests

  •    You must submit a refund request within 7-14 days from the date of the transaction (depending on the app).
       After this period, it may not be possible to process your refund request.

3. How to Request a Refund

  •    Refund requests can typically be made by:
           Contacting customer support through the app, email, or support page.
           Providing transaction details, such as the transaction ID, date, amount, and issue description.
           For certain apps, you may need to fill out a refund request form directly within the app or website.

4. Processing Refunds

  •    If your refund is approved, the amount will be credited in your bank account .
       Refunds typically take 3-7 business days to process after approval, depending on your payment provider.
